With more than 23 years of clinical experience, our journey has taken us from teaching and treating patients across the country to building a new home in the Pacific Northwest. Along the way, we've had the privilege of collaborating with practitioners, educators, researchers, manufacturers, and professional organizations around the world. Those experiences have shaped our commitment to bringing global perspectives and evidence-based innovation back to the communities we serve every day.
Today, Zap Master is more than a clinic. We are a Workforce Training Board–approved electrology school, a continuing education center, a professional distributor, a research collaborator, and a passionate advocate for medically necessary permanent hair removal. Whether we're helping a patient navigate insurance, mentoring a future electrologist, contributing to international research, or preserving the history of our profession, our purpose remains the same—to leave the field stronger than we found it.

Whether you're beginning your journey into electrology or expanding your professional education, Zap Master Electrology School is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based training designed for long-term success. As Washington's first Workforce Training Board–approved electrology school, our programs combine rigorous classroom instruction, extensive hands-on clinical experience, and individualized mentorship to prepare graduates for rewarding careers in permanent hair removal.
We offer training pathways ranging from 200-hour theory-only programs (available exclusively to international students where permitted) to our comprehensive 600-hour professional program, which includes classroom education, practical clinical training, business development, and real-world patient care. Students learn all electrolysis modalities, advanced treatment planning, infection prevention, consultation skills, medically necessary hair removal, gender-affirming care, PMOS (formerly PCOS), insurance documentation, and modern practice management.
Our graduates benefit from education designed to support licensure and reciprocity opportunities in multiple states while gaining the confidence and clinical experience needed to enter practice. Beyond graduation, students continue to have access to mentorship, continuing education opportunities, and a growing professional community dedicated to advancing the field of electrology.

At Zap Master Electrology School, our students are trained to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based permanent hair removal under the direct supervision of licensed professionals. Their education includes all three electrolysis modalities, galvanic, thermolysis, and blend, along with experience treating a wide variety of hair types, skin tones, and patient needs. From medically necessary electrolysis for gender-affirming care, PMOS (formerly PCOS), hirsutism, and other medical conditions to cosmetic permanent hair removal, our program is committed to shaping the future of electrology through innovation, compassion, and science.

Student Electrolysis: $20 per treatment hour

Your Zap-Port Card includes:
